It is worth mentioning that the new 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive was published on 9th June 2006 and was enforced into the Polish law by the Decree of Minister of Economy, dated 21st October 2008, on main requirements for machines (Journal of Laws, No. 199, Item 1228) and the regulations resulting from the new national law will be obligatory from 29th December 2009.
We invite for collaboration all of you, interested in a certification of products for conformity with 2006/42/EC Directive.
