The Laboratory of Tests tests spot welded meshes for conformity with the requirements of items: 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.1.4, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5 of the PN-G-15050:1996 Standard.

The tests include:

  • verification of dimensions according to item 5.7.1 of the Standard,
  • verification of surface condition according to item 5.7.2 of the Standard,
  • verification of material according to item 5.7.3 of the Standard,
  • verification of mesh strength according to items 5.7.4 and 5.7.5 of the Standard.

The Laboratory of Tests takes measurements of the following mechanical quantities (according to PB-DLB2-09 procedure):

  • relative elongation (strain gauge measurements),
  • displacement (by an inductive displacement converter),
  • pressure (by a strain gauge pressure converter),
  • force (by a force converter or indirectly by pressure measurement),
  • liquid flow intensity (by a flowmeter).

The following special measuring instruments are used for measurements of the above-mentioned quantities:

  • multipoint measuring system for measurements and recording of relative elongations, pressures and displacements,
  • measuring amplifiers,
  • recorders,
  • measuring amplifiers with a software and a possibility of computer recording for the measurements of quick-changing parameters,
  • strain gauge pressure converters, inductive displacement converters, resistance strain gauges, strain gauge dynamometers and turbine flowmeters,
  • measuring-and-recording system on the ZD-100 material testing machine.

 

The Laboratory of Tests tests frictional legs for conformity with the requirements of items: 2.3, 2.4, 2.6a, 2.6b, 2.6c, 2.7 and 2.9 of the  PN-G-15533:1997 Standard.

The tests include:

  • verification of dimensions according to item 4.3.1 of the Standard,
  • verification of manufacture according to item 4.3.2 of the Standard,
  • verification of nominal load bearing capacity according to item 4.3.4 of the Standard,
  • verification of peak load bearing capacity (overload) according to item 4.3.5 of the Standard,
  • verification of non axial overload according to item 4.3.6 of the Standard.

 

The Laboratory of Tests tests hydraulic transportation pipelines, their components and fittings for conformity with the requirements of items: 2.2, 2.6.4 and 4 of the PN-G-44001:1998 Standard.

 

The tests include:

  • verification of dimensions and of calibration according to items 3.3.1 and 4 of the PN-G-44001:1998 Standard,
  • verification of leak proof according to item 3.3.5.4 of the PN-G-44001:1998 Standard,
  • verification of resistance to pressure according to item 3.3.5.4 of the PN-G-44001:1998 Standard.

The Laboratory of Tests tests hydraulic hoses in the following range:

  • verification of basic dimensions of hydraulic hoses and calibration,
  • verification of leak proof of hydraulic hoses according to item 4.6 of the PN-G-32010:1997 Standard,
  • test under test pressure according to item 7.1 of the PN-EN ISO 1402:2001 Standard,
  • verification of strength of hydraulic hoses according to item 4.7 of the PN-G-32010:1997 Standard,
  • test of burst out pressure according to item 7.3. of the PN-EN ISO 1402:2001 Standard.

 

The Laboratory of Tests tests steel sprags for conformity with the requirements of items: 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.7 and 3.8 of the  PN-G-15000-7:1996 Standard.

The tests include:

  • verification of connection of sprag with support frame according to item 4.3.1 of the Standard,
  • verification of longitudinal stability of sprag according to item 4.3.2 of the Standard,
  • verification of transverse stability of sprag according to item 4.3.3 of the Standard,
  • verification of transverse stability of sprag according to item 4.3.4 of the Standard,
  • verification of geometrical dimensions of sprags according to item 4.3.5 of the Standard,
  • verification of longitudinal load-bearing capacity according to item 4.3.7 of the Standard,
  • verification of calibration according to item 4.3.8 of the Standard,
  • verification of anticorrosion protection according to item 4.3.9 of the Standard.

 

The Laboratory of Tests carries out testing of hydraulic valves for conformity with the safety requirements according to items 5.1 ÷ 5.5 of the PN-EN 1804-3+A1:2010 Standard.

The accreditation includes:

1. Tests of hydraulic valves of A type:

  • general requirements as regards the tests according to item A.1.3.1 of the Standard,
  • leak proof test according to item A.1.3.2 of the Standard,
  • test of operational pressure and of opening and closing pressure in ambient temperature according to item A.1.3.3 of the Standard,
  • test of operational pressure and opening and closing pressure for valves with compressed gas according to item A.1.3.4 of the Standard,
  • test at pulse pressure increase according to item A.1.3.5 of the Standard,
  • impact test according to item A.1.3.6 of the Standard,
  • test of relationship between opening pressure and flow intensity according to item A.1. 5.53.7 of the Standard,
  • test of fatigue strength according to item A.1.3.8 of the Standard,
  • test of resistance to pressure at outflow according to item A.1.3.9 of the Standard.

2. Tests of hydraulic valves of B type:

  • general requirements as regards the tests according to item A.1.4.1 of the Standard,
  • leak proof test according to item A.1.4.2 of the Standard,
  • pressure test according to item A.1.4.3 of the Standard,
  • test of pressure impact at outflow according to item A.1.4.4 of the Standard,
  • test of switching according to item A.1.4.5 of the Standard,
  • test of fatigue strength according to item A.1.4.6 of the Standard.

3. Tests of hydraulic valves of C type:

  • general requirements as regards the tests according to item A.1.5.1 of the Standard,
  • leak proof test according to item A.1.5.2 of the Standard,
  • pressure test according to item A.1.5.3 of the Standard,
  • test of fatigue strength according to item A.1.5.4 of the Standard,
  • test of pressure impact at outflow according to item A.1.5.5 of the Standard,
  • test o switching according to item A.1.5.6 of the Standard.


4. Tests of hydraulic valves of D type:

The valves of D type are tested according to items A.1.3 ÷ A.1.5 of the Standard, depending on type of valves to which they can be classified – A, B or C.
